The mill
One building, four floors: weaving downstairs, dyeing and washing behind it, cutting and sewing upstairs. That is how a 300-metre order stays economical.
One chain, start to finish

A mill built for small orders
Twenty years rooted in our own weaving, dyeing and sewing plants. High-end, small-batch custom development is our core work — including the difficult constructions and finishes most mills turn down. Large runs are welcome too, but they are booked against a production slot, so please plan ahead.
Today we run rapier and shuttle looms, a dye house, a wash floor and an atelier of 90 people under one roof. Half our customers started with a 300-metre order.
What we can do
- Rapier & shuttle looms · including 82cm selvedge
- Rope, slasher and low-water foam indigo dyeing
- In-house wash floor · enzyme, stone, bleach, laser-ready
- 90 machinists · OEM jeans from 80 pieces per style
Certifications
Certification on request — where a buyer needs it, we send the cloth for third-party testing (SGS / Intertek / BV) and hand over the report.
Every seam on every garment is made to a written standard — stitch density, seam allowance, reinforcement, and how each defect is prevented. This page is that standard, published.
How we treat a small customer
No minimum theatre
300 metres is 300 metres. We quote the same mill price whether you grow or not.
Water accounted for
Closed-loop treatment on site, 92% of process water returned to the line. Foam dyeing cuts indigo water use by up to 90%.
We tell you when it is wrong
Coated denim creases permanently. Slub fades unevenly. You will hear it before you order, not after.
